Bistro Aix - offering a world of flavors

Bistro Aix inspires guests to venture into such creative dishes as grilled fishes, meats, and gourmet thin-crust pizzas from our wood-fired oven, homemade pastas and risottos, steaks, fresh seafood selections and salads. And, you cannot forget Bistro Aix's desserts - creations that are sure to get the attention of even the most consummate dieter.

And if atmosphere is any indication of inspiration, the décor is guaranteed to inspire all who dine at Bistro Aix. Featuring 1940's brickwork with a rich assortment of custom-designed furniture and lighting, the main dining room is accented with large mirrors, French-imported antiques and pottery, an exhibition kitchen, and a curved marble and copper "chef's bar." In temperate weather, you can enjoy dining in the outside garden patio accented with a murmuring fountain, oversized flowerpots and climbing vines.

We are proud to offer over 250 wine list selections available by the bottle and 50 by the glass for your enjoyment. All of our wines are carefully stored in our temperature and humidity-controlled wine cellar, ensuring the best quality and flavor of your selection. A wide variety of cordials, martinis, and after-dinner drinks, tap beers and micro-brews are available from the full bar.
