As one of Jacksonville Magazine's Top 25 restaurants, Chef Tom and Bistro AIX were invited to demonstrate a recipe at the Jacksonville Women's Show.  His Seared Scallops over Soft Creamy Polenta & Chorzo Ragout was a hit, and he shares the recipe here with you.
